All our therapy sessions are held virtually, allowing you to connect from the comfort and privacy of your home. We use secure, encrypted platforms to ensure your confidentiality.

Sessions with Registered Psychotherapists Session rates range from $180–$230 per 50-minute session. Rates vary depending on the clinician’s experience, training, and specialization.

Sessions with Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying)

• 50-Minute Individual Session: $140

• 50-Minute Couples Session: $170

Sessions with Intern Student Therapists

• 50-Minute Individual Session: $70

• 50-Minute Couples Session: $90

Yes, we offer a 15-minute complimentary consultation call. This helps you get a sense of fit before booking a full session.

We don’t offer direct billing, but most extended health insurance plans cover services by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). After your session, you’ll receive a receipt you can submit to your insurance provider.

The first session focuses on getting to know you. Your story, goals, and what’s bringing you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore what’s been working, what hasn’t, and begin building a plan tailored to your needs.

Each session is 50 minutes. We also offer extended sessions of 90 minutes and 120 minutes for clients who prefer more in-depth work or couples sessions requiring additional time.

Yes, we specialize in therapy for couples and relationships. Our focus is on helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate both emotional and sexual connections.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A charge of $100 will be applied if within the 48hr notice period. If no cancellation or scheduling notice is given within the 48hrs, a no show fee will be the full cost of your session.

The frequency of your therapy sessions depends on your personal goals, needs, and availability. Many clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. As you progress, you might transition to biweekly or monthly sessions. We'll work together to find the best rhythm for your growth and well-being.

All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as Visa Debit. Payments are processed securely through the Jane platform at the time of your session.
